tk33 Terms and Conditions

tk33 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tk33 and all its members. By using the tk33 website, mobile app or any related service, or by opening an account, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

Alongside these Terms, the Privacy Policy is also an integral part of using our service. Please read both documents together, as they complement each other.

tk33 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions in part or in full at any time. Updated terms will take effect from the date they are published on the website. Continuing to use the service means you have accepted the updated terms.

To become a member at tk33, the following conditions must be met:

• The person registering an account must be a citizen or lawful resident of Bangladesh.
• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration — such as name, mobile number and email — must be truthful and accurate.
• Accounts are for personal use only — operating an account on behalf of or funded by a third party is not permitted.
• An active Bangladeshi mobile number must be provided at registration, which will be confirmed via OTP verification.

2.1 Obligation to Update Information

If any registered account details change — such as mobile number, email or payment account — the member must notify the tk33 support team as soon as possible. tk33 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

tk33 may at any time request government-issued identification (National ID or passport) and other relevant documents to verify a member's identity. If the requested documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

All gaming and betting services at tk33 are strictly for adults. Anyone under the age of 21+ will not be permitted to open an account or use the service.

At the time of account registration, the member must clearly confirm that they are 21 years of age or older. tk33 may request age-verification documents as part of the verification process.

Each member is personally responsible for the security of their account. The following must be strictly observed:

• Keep your password strong and change it regularly — use a mixed password of at least eight characters.
• Never share your login details (username and password) with anyone else.
• Log out at the end of every session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• If you notice any unfamiliar activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.

tk33 will not be held responsible for unauthorised access to an account resulting from a member's own negligence or carelessness. tk33 itself ensures SSL encryption and technical security measures.

tk33 processes transactions through popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking number registered in the account holder's name.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be returned.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Withdrawal processing normally takes between 10 and 45 minutes.
• KYC verification on the account must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal funds can only be sent to the mobile banking number used for the deposit.

All bonuses and promotional offers at tk33 apply under specific conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000 and a balance of ৳3,000; the wagering requirement will be ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per member, per household, per IP address and per device.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement has been completed.
• Creating multiple accounts or providing false information to claim bonus benefits will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• tk33 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.
• All bonuses have their own expiry period — if a bonus is not used within the specified time, it will be cancelled.

6.3 Other Promotional Offers

tk33's weekly, monthly and special occasion promotions each have their own separate terms and conditions. Please read the terms attached to each offer individually.

All games operated on tk33 rely on the technology of third-party game providers (such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe). For all matters relating to the technology, outcome determination and RTP of these games, the respective provider's own rules apply.

7.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Neither tk33 nor any member can influence the outcome. If a game is cancelled due to a technical fault or connection failure, the amount wagered on that game will be returned to the member's account.

7.2 Sports Betting

• Bets placed before an event begins will be calculated at the original odds.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• In the case of a multi-bet, if any one selection is cancelled, that bet will be recalculated with one fewer selection.
• tk33 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.

7.3 Live Casino

In live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti, etc.), the dealer's or host's decision is final. For disputes regarding game table rules, the relevant game provider's rules will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk33 and any violation may result in account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds:

1. Creating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses using third-party accounts.
2. Placing bets strategically with the intent to exploit bonus or promotion terms (bonus abuse).
3. Interfering with the game or betting system through hacking, manipulation or any automated software.
4. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account or steal their information.
5. Depositing funds from illegal sources or participating in any money laundering activity.
6. Using the tk33 brand, logo or service name for third-party purposes without permission.
7. Harassing, intimidating or behaving offensively toward other members on the platform.

tk33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspected compromise of account security.
• Failure to provide required documents for KYC verification.
• A member's own voluntary request to close their account.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their account, please contact the support team. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

If a member feels that gambling is becoming harmful to them, they may apply for a temporary or long-term self-exclusion. Details on how to use this option are available in our Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

tk33 is not liable for the following:

• Loss caused by negligence or deliberate provision of incorrect information on the part of the member.
• Interruption to a game or bet due to loss of internet connection or a fault with the member's device.
• Loss or disruption caused by technical issues on the part of third-party game providers.
• Financial loss resulting from bets placed at the member's own discretion.
• Service disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).

tk33 endeavours to ensure the highest level of technical reliability and SSL protection, but cannot provide an absolute guarantee of uninterrupted service.

If a member has a complaint regarding a transaction, game result or account matter, the following process must be followed:

1. Step 1: Contact the support team directly via live chat or email and provide details of the issue. The tk33 support team is available 24/7 in both Bengali and English.
2. Step 2: If the initial contact does not resolve the matter, submit a formal complaint — including details of the relevant transaction, the date and a description of the issue.
3. Step 3: tk33 will review the complaint within a reasonable time and communicate its decision in writing.

If any clause or sub-clause of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full effect. If any condition is waived, that waiver applies only to the specific instance — the same concession will not automatically apply in future cases.
